Morgan "Emme" Paige is a registered Clinical Therapist (ASW) working under the supervision of Ally Hepper with over six years of experience supporting children, teens, and young adults in therapeutic settings. She holds a Master’s in Social Work from UCLA and is actively working toward her LCSW. Emme has worked with individuals and families ages 4-25, specializing in trauma, emotion regulation, and self-esteem. Her background includes providing crisis intervention and coping skills in acute psychiatric care, with a focus on foster and former foster youth, probation youth, LGBTQIA+ clients, and young people experiencing housing insecurity. Emme brings warmth, creativity, and flexibility to her practice. She integrates a range of therapeutic modalities--including Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Sand Tray, Trauma-Focused Play, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)--to tailor each session to her client’s unique needs. With a trauma-informed approach, she meets youth where they are, supporting not only behavioral changes but also growth in self-understanding and self-worth. Clients can expect sessions with Emme to be engaging, dynamic, and collaborative. She is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where young people can explore, heal, and build the skills they need to thrive.
